This belt is already made and will ship immediately. It is over 1/8" thick. It will fit someone with a 38 inch waist the middle hole is at 41, this belt has 5 holes. This belt has some marks so I didn't want to sell it for full price, it is structurally fine. It has a stainless steel buckle that is attached with chicago screws so it can be changed.

This is Weaver Select dark brown bridle leather,it is vegetable tanned and full grain leather.

When you need something heavyweight, this hot stuffed leather fits the bill. The hot stuffing process ensures this leather will look and perform well for years as the oils and waxes from the core of the leather rise to the surface keeping it supple and conditioned. This is one of those leathers that will just about last forever with proper care and maintenance.
Hot stuffing is a process that dates back hundreds of years. The tanner utilizes heat to stuff the leather with a blend of natural waxes and tallows. This impregnates the leather to the core ensuring a supple, weather-resistant finish that’s prized by many leather artisans. Hot stuffed leathers may bloom, or develop a cloudy, hazy look as the oils come to the surface.
For leather to be full grain the surface is not sanded off, this leather has not had the surface sanded but it has been buffed to absorb more tallow and oils so you will see all the marks which makes all of them a little different. It will age beautifully and it is stronger because it has not had those fibers removed.
