Handmade Full-Grain Leather Belt – Wickett & Craig Harness Leather (Made in USA)

Built to last a lifetime, this 100% handmade leather belt is crafted from premium Wickett & Craig harness leather, made in one of America’s oldest continuously operating tanneries in Pennsylvania — over 150 years of excellence in vegetable tanning.

Each belt is hand-cut, shaped, and finished in my Maryland workshop using time-honored techniques. The result is a strong, supple belt with rugged character that only improves with age.

Leather Details:

This leather is vegetable tanned and hot-stuffed with a proprietary blend of waxes, oils, and tallows. During a traditional process called jack glazing, oils are drawn to the surface, creating a subtle sheen that enhances rather than hides the leather’s natural grain.

Because the hide is cut from the back (the strongest part), it retains small natural marks and color variations — signs of true full-grain leather. Nothing is sanded away, so every belt has its own unique character and long-lasting strength. Over time, it will develop a beautiful patina and mold to you perfectly.

Sizing:

The best way to order is to measure your existing belt as shown in the photo.
If you can’t measure, I can also size it from your pants waist size — just leave a message at checkout noting that it’s a pants size.
Each belt includes five holes, with your selected size at the middle hole (for example, a size 34 belt will have the middle hole at 34").
