The middle hole at 43 so it will fit someone with a 40 inch waist It has a solid brass buckle that is attached with chicago screws so the buckle can be changed.

This is Vegetable tanned full grain Water Buffalo 8/9 oz leather with the Crazy Horse pull up finish. It is handcut to 3/4" inch wide. It is one solid piece of leather, it has not been glued or sewed. These hand finished belts are made from single-thickness, pull-up dyed Water Buffalo leather. They get this unique finish from dying the leather two different colors at 2 different times.

It is a soft comfortable leather belt that you will find yourself wearing all the time. I burnish the edges by hand.
