It has a scissor snap for attaching things. It is secured with a chicago screw so you can change the setup up. I hand make everything in my shop myself, if you need it by a certain date please let me know . I make each one to order so if you want it a certain length just let me know I can make them longer or shorter. This one has an antique brass snap and chicago screw. I have 5 finishes that are listed separately. I can refund or exchange anything I make but I must get it back in the condition it was sent.
