This belt is already made and will ship immediately. It is over an 1/8" thick. It will fit someone with a 32 inch waist the middle hole is at 35. It has some minor marks and minor wrinles . It is structurally fine. It has a chrome finish buckle that is attached with chicago screws so it can be changed. This is Vegetable tanned full grain yellow bridle leather handcut to 1 1/2 inch wide . It has a gunmetal buckle that is attached with chicago screws so the buckle can be changed if desired. The the natural edge was and has a low shine to it. Slowly veg tanned, stuffed with just the right amount of waxes, greases and tallows and drum dyed for depth of color. Drum dying gives this leather beautiful, deep color. The tanner immerses the leather in dye before tumbling it in a drum to maximize dye penetration. In addition, this leather is veg tanned the old-fashioned way using a tightly-controlled, one to three-month process that utilizes tree bark and other natural tannins for leather that is prized for both its beauty and workability. ChahinLeather® bridle is fully finished with a waxy feel and a beautiful sheen. After the vegetable tanning process, the leather is hot stuffed with oils and tallows that penetrate through the hides, giving the leather a smooth, rich cut. The bridle leather is weather-resistant due to these oils and waxes. After the tanning process is complete, the leather is drum-dyed for uniform coloring. Made in USA.
